That was one magical weekend!! Great questions. Tears. Smiles. Memories. Thoughtful conversations. Friends. Film lovers. Panels. Parties. Sold out screenings. Great reviews. THANK YOU MSPIFF (The Film Society of Minneapolis-St. Paul) for the invitation to show my newest documentary The Summer Help (director/producer/shooter) that screened with Igo Myakotin‘s short doc “Life Through the Lens” that he made while a student at AUBG.
Thank you to the Star-Tribune for naming us a “must see” documentary (top 25 of the festival) and thank you to MSPIFF for a weekend we will never forget!

Melody moderating the documentary panel with these other doc directors: Maxine Davis (Women Outward Bound), Jenni Pinkley (Star Tribune), Benjamin May (Legends of Swee Pea) and Norah Shapiro (MN 13)
Here are a couple of audio interviews you can listen to if you want to find out more about the documentary: WTIP radio and this podcast with MSPIFF festival directors.
