I hire J1 students from Eastern Europe, they are amazing young adults, I find their work habits are much better then American College students. I hire about 12-16 students every year to work in my bike shops, and pizza shop. I will continue to hire J1 students as long as we still can in the future…. I enjoy working with them, so to the fact that I now live in Serbia 3 ½ months out of the year…. great documentary.
