“The Summer Help” documentary has been selected for pitching at ZagrebDox! This is a very exciting development for the film, which was one of 13 projects internationally chosen this year for pitching in at the Zagreb Film Festival in Croatia. What is pitching, you might ask? Well, in just a few weeks I (Melody Gilbert, Director/Producer/Camerawoman) will stand in front of a panel of experts and room full of potential partners -including international broadcasters, producers and other funders- and show clips from the movie, answer questions and get feedback. For a film that is already in post-production (meaning that I have a rough cut), what could be more exciting than that? You can look here to see the other projects that were selected (all in different stages of production) and find out more about the festival. Wish me luck! PS: Follow me on Facebook and Twitter 🙂

You actually make it seem so easy together with your presentation but I in finding this
matter to be actually something that I feel I would
never understand. It seems too complicated and very huge for me.
I am looking ahead in your next publish, I will attempt to
get the hold of it!

Congratulations and good luck! Indeed it’s an interesting project and honestly I can’t wait to watch, since I have been part of the WAT for several summers I would love to see it from different angle/perspective.
