So…they like it! Yes, they do! We had a “sneak peek” of the fine cut of  The Summer Help at the Big Water Film Festival and you know what? They liked it!

It’s always nerve-wracking to show your work in public for the first time, but I think we’ve got something, folks.  The audience said they liked seeing America through the eyes of the young Bulgarian students who came here to work the summer jobs most American teenagers don’t want to do.  Had a great Q & A and got some really nice feedback.   Even got some nice tweets, like this one  :).  

 

Feeling good about making festival submissions now!  Hoping for a premiere in February or March 2016.   Fingers crossed.   Next up: final touches in sound and color at NuBoyana Film Studio in Sofia.
